Use
First choose the desired grinding angle, this is done by adjusting the dial on the back of the sharpener. Align the blade, this is important for very dull or damaged knives, insert the knife into the groove in the sharpener marked COARSE and pull the blade through the sharpener 2-6 times in a horizontal position. The last step of sharpening is to finish sharpening the blade, insert the knife into the V groove of the FINE, where the blade is smoothed, the procedure for stretching is the same as for sharpening. If you use this step as much as possible in the kitchen, your knives will be consistently sharp. After sharpening, be sure to rinse the knife and sharpener thoroughly with water. Use the largest groove at the end of the sharpener to sharpen the scissors

Maintenance and warnings
The sharpener is not suitable for ceramic knives. Do not apply too much pressure when sharpening, as this could damage the blade or the sharpener. Do not put the grinder in the dishwasher or in water. Keep the sharpener and sharpened knives out of the reach of children to avoid unnecessary accidents.
