    High-performance stainless steel + Damascus steel

    High-performance stainless steels represent a higher class of materials intended for more demanding users who require longer blade life, higher hardness, and precise cutting while maintaining good corrosion resistance.
    These steels combine modern metallurgy with a balanced composition of carbon, chromium, vanadium, and cobalt. This gives them higher hardness (usually around 59–62 HRC), better wear resistance, and a more stable edge than conventional stainless materials.
    This category includes, for example, VG10, VG10 Damascus, DAMAX™, Full Damascus – stainless, Böhler N690, Böhler N680, and selected premium stainless steel series from Böhler-Uddeholm. These steels are popular for their combination of performance, aesthetics, and long service life.
