The Pirge brand has its roots in 1879 in the Turkish city of Bursa, where it was founded by the Yeşilyayla Kesici Aletler family. Pirge specialises in the production of high-quality kitchen and butcher knives and, over five generations, has become a major knife manufacturer with a daily production of up to 25,000 pieces.
