Rozsutec is a natural sharpening stone with a very fine grit (equivalent to synthetic stones of approximately 6000-8000). This allows you to achieve a mirror effect on your blade. Another advantage of this stone is its hardness and therefore the stone hardly fades. You will appreciate this especially when polishing narrow blades, which you would use to make dents in soft stones. The stone is quarried and processed by a family business in Slovakia, in the Malá Fatra mountains, for several decades.
