The lightweight HASEGAWA cutting boards of the FRM series are designed for all users who demand high quality and long life. The use of a unique elastomer in HASEGAWA boards is an ideal solution for owners of Japanese knives. The soft surface perfectly absorbs knife impacts and prolongs their sharpness. It also holds cut products better, so nothing slips on the board and cuts are precise.
HASEGAWA boards are NSF certified, EU approved 10/2011 and EC1935/2004. The surface of the boards is antibacterial, but the boards themselves CANNOT be washed in the dishwasher. However, the board can be cleaned with bleaching agents.
