All production steps are carried out in one factory of Yeşilyayla Kesici Aletler, which allows careful control of every detail of the product. PIRGE has a production capacity of approximately 20,000 pieces of knives and confectionery equipment per day, making it a leader in the region covering Eastern Europe, the Middle East and Africa. With more than 250 employees in Bursa, it brings joy to professional chefs, pastry chefs, butchers and home cooks in Turkey and in more than 50 countries around the world.
