    PIRGE is a family-owned company with a rich history dating back to 1879 when it was founded in Bursa, Turkey. It specializes in the production of high quality kitchen knives, meat knives, chef knives and sets that are appreciated all over the world. Five generations of experience of the Yeşilyayla Kesici Aletler family are behind this unique quality.
    All production steps are carried out in one factory of Yeşilyayla Kesici Aletler, which allows careful control of every detail of the product. This ensures that knives manufactured under the PIRGE brand meet the highest quality standards. PIRGE products are designed for professional use and are popular among chefs and in industrial production.
    PIRGE has a production capacity of approximately 20,000 pieces of knives and confectionery equipment per day, making it a leader in the region covering Eastern Europe, the Middle East and Africa. With more than 250 employees in Bursa, it brings joy to professional chefs, pastry chefs, butchers and home cooks in Turkey and in more than 50 countries around the world.
    PIRGE places emphasis on sharp, stainless steel and ergonomically designed knives that make preparing and serving healthy meals easier and more enjoyable. Their range includes various types of knives and pastry equipment that are designed to meet the needs of professionals and home cooks alike.
