    The cutting board from ELIS WOOD is made of high-quality beech wood. It is very environmentally friendly, as it is made from FSC-certified wood. The wooden cutting board is not only beautiful, modern, but also practical. It can be used to cut meat, fish, pastries, fruit and vegetables.


    • •The board is glued to the edge of beech wood. This type of construction is gentle on your knives, as the blade gets between the individual fibres and there is minimal wear. Even master butchers use butcher blocks that are glued using the same technology. The board is also impregnated with mineral oil and treated with a mixture of mineral oil with beeswax and carnauba wax.
    • •It is suitable for contact with food - tested in SZU Prague.
    • •The 60 mm thick board with four non-slip pads ensures stability when cutting, and the internal handles allow for easy carrying and serving.
    • •The cutting board is environmentally friendly - the wood is grown and harvested from sustainable sources. Trust that your piece will have its own beautiful unique grain and color.

    Recommendations and maintenance

    • •Never wash the cutting board in the dishwasher. After slicing, just wipe the cutting board with a damp sponge.
    • •It is not suitable for chopping, knocking and breaking, it is intended for slicing.
    • •Do not expose to hot pots or other rapid temperature changes.
    • •It is recommended to treat once a month with certified oils and waxes.
