Japanese chef's knife Gyuto 210 mm

The Gyuto knife is the Japanese version of the Western chef's knife. It can be used with a variety of slicing techniques for a wide range of kitchen tasks and is suitable for slicing the vast majority of meats, fish, vegetables and fruit. It is truly multi-purpose and is agile and precise.

The Sakai Takayuki TUS Hi-Carbon Steel knife series combines perfect functionality, ergonomics and unique Japanese design sense. Each knife is hand sharpened in a 50/50 aspect ratio and achieves extraordinary to extreme sharpness! The blade is very light and well balanced - it is made of stainless steel "TUS". It has good sharpness and durability with corrosion resistance at a reasonable price! They are great knives for more demanding kitchen work, for example in a busy professional kitchen. The classic western PLYWOOD handle is connected to the blade with 3 rivets - ensuring perfect strength and giving you the best control when cutting and slicing.
