Who needs many tools to prepare food? You certainly don't now! You can do almost anything with this fantastic Skogskock knife. Chopping, slicing, boning, cleaning meat and vegetables - nothing is a problem for this knife. Now we can live together with our mother nature. This knife is hand forged and crafted from D2 steel. After precise and careful hardening, tempering and annealing, it achieves a Rockwell hardness of 60-62 (HRC). His blade won't be damaged by just anyone or anything. The Dellinger ALMA knife has a thick (4 mm) and tough blade that will serve you for many years!
The beautiful handle of this knife is hand shaped from a piece of African Wenge hardwood that is oiled with Tung oil. The handle is decorated and reinforced with 2 decorative rivets.
