Kiritsuke Bread Knife from the Dellinger Volcano Series
A knife with a serrated blade is best suited for foods that are hard on the outside and soft on the inside, without excessive friction that causes crumbling, spilling or tearing. It is ideal for slicing fresh bread with a crispy crust, hard rolls or soft bundt cake. It can also perfectly cut through a large melon or pineapple.

The blade of the Dellinger Volcano series knives consists of a core of 14Cr14MoVNb powder steel with a hardness of HRC 62-64, which is inserted between 72 layers of Damascus steel. This makes the blade extremely durable and resilient. The perfectly balanced, precisely tapered Japanese-shaped blade with a beautiful Damascus pattern minimises friction during cutting and prevents the cut material from sticking to the blade. The Damascus pattern of the Dellinger Volcano series knives is unique and unrepeatable.

The handle is made of red and black G10 Damascus pattern. It is decorated with a central mosaic rivet. Triple riveting ensures perfect strength, stability and connection of the blade and handle. The handle is meticulously hand-polished, ergonomically shaped and designed for excellent hand control. The specially designed handle shape is suitable for Asian knife grip. G10 is waterproof and completely odourless, requiring virtually no maintenance. It won't corrode or oxidize over time, it will remain as hard and strong.
