A versatile chef's knife for everyday cutting of meat, vegetables, herbs and larger ingredients. Powerful, stable and well-balanced.
Velký Šéf – Your Main Knife for Everyday Kitchen Tasks
Dellinger Essence „Velký Šéf“ No. 15 is the fifteenth knife in the Dellinger Essence series and a classic, versatile Gyuto chef's knife. It is designed for cooks who want one main knife for most everyday kitchen tasks.
The 210 mm blade provides ample length for cutting larger pieces of meat, vegetables and herbs. It can handle portioning pork neck, slicing pork belly, preparing onions and vegetables, and other everyday kitchen tasks.
Chef Jan Punčochář collaborated on the development of the entire Dellinger Essence series. With the Velký Šéf model, the combination of blade length, good balance and a secure grip during extended use is particularly important.
The blade gradually tapers towards the tip, helping to improve the knife's handling and balance. The full tang construction contributes to strength and stability during everyday use.
Knives from the Dellinger Essence series are suitable for both right-handed and left-handed users. The ergonomic synthetic Pakkawood handle provides a secure and comfortable grip.

German 1.4116 Steel – Reliable for Everyday Use
The blade is made from German 1.4116 stainless steel with a hardness of approximately 56–58 HRC. This steel offers a good balance of sharpness, toughness, corrosion resistance and ease of resharpening.
Each knife is sharpened by hand and inspected before dispatch to ensure it is ready for immediate use and meets the standards of the Dellinger Essence series.
