The blade of the knives is made of 10Cr15CoMoV steel - equivalent to the famous Japanese VG10 steel - with a hardness of 61 ± 1 HRC according to Rockwell. This steel is characterized by high corrosion resistance , exceptional hardness and long-lasting sharpness, which will stand up to everyday use.

The core is sandwiched between 66 layers of two stainless steels of different hardnesses, which ensure excellent strength, toughness and flexibility of the blade. Thanks to this layering, the knife acquires not only exceptional durability, but also acharacteristic damascus structure that is visually and functionally unique.

The perfectly balanced, precisely tapered, Japanese-shaped blade with the sparkling SPIDER NET damascene pattern minimizes friction when cutting and prevents the material being cut from sticking to the blade. This dynamic and unique pattern, reminiscent of a stormy sea or a delicate spider's web, isunique to each knife - becoming a symbol of individuality, elegance and craftsmanship. Unlike conventional damascus blades, which undergo chemical etching to accentuate the pattern, the knife blades are treated with a modern sandblasting method . In this process, the surface of the blade is exposed to a fine stream of abrasive particles that remove the softer layers of steel, naturally revealing the structure of the damascus. The result is a fine matt, silky, glossy surface with high resistance to corrosion and mechanical damage without the need for chemicals.

Beautiful handle

The handle is made of epoxy resin. It is a transparent resin colored with alcohol pigments that can change color over time. In addition, it is decorated with a central mosaic rivet with the emblem of samurai. Triple riveting ensures perfect strength, stability and connection of the damascus blade and handle. The handle is meticulously hand-polished, ergonomically shaped and designed for excellent hand control. The specially designed handle shape is suitable for Asian knife grip. The resin is waterproof and completely odourless, requiring virtually no maintenance. It won't corrode or oxidize over time, it will remain as hard and strong.
