Japanese Yanagiba Sakai Takayuki Knife
The very sharp Japanese Yanagiba knife has a very impressive design. Thanks to its length and high sharpness, this knife is ideal for slicing, cutting very thin slices of meat, fish and vegetables. It is ground on only one side, making it suitable for right-handed users only.
The blade of the knives is made of White Steel carbon steel and decorated with an elegant wave pattern. The blade is mirror polished. Thanks to the sensitive choice of material and precise finishing, the blade is easy to maintain. It retains its sharpness for a very long time and is excellent for grinding on water stones.
The knife comes with a practical wooden case made of soft wood that is resistant to moisture and does not contain resin. Saya prevents damage to the knife during transport.
