Slicing knife from the Dellinger Classic Sandal Wood series

Robust, very sharp knife for ham and brisket made from German steel 1.4116 with an impressive design and the highest quality. The knife is ideal for slicing into thin slices. Whether you're cutting raw or finished meat. Working with this knife is quick, easy and precise. The meat retains its juiciness and will be perfectly sliced. With seamless manoeuvrability and effortless movement, you can create great carpaccio or perfectly thin slices of ham. Cutting a large juicy watermelon will be child's play with this knife. The hollow recesses on the blade are evenly ground and create small air pockets to reduce friction during cutting.
