What kind of text is suitable for engraving?
The shorter and clearer the text, the better it will look on the blade. For shorter knives, we recommend a name, initials, or a date. For larger knives, you can also choose a short dedication.

How engraving works
We perform laser engraving so that the result looks clean, subtle, and matches the character of the knife. The placement, size, and suitability of the engraving always depend on the specific type of blade and the length of the text provided.
We adapt the text to the knife
We choose the length and size of the engraving based on the available space on the blade. For longer text, the font may be smaller to ensure the result remains legible and elegant.
The logo must be simple
Simple, single-color graphics without shading, photos, or fine details are ideal for logo engraving. We will contact you regarding more complex designs.

Ordering is simple. Select the engraving option for the product, enter the text or upload a design, and review everything in your cart before submitting your order.

We engrave according to the information you provide. Therefore, we recommend that you review the text very carefully before submitting your order.
Check the text thoroughly
- spelling and typos
- accents, commas, and special characters
- upper and lowercase letters
- dates, periods, spaces, and word order
Technical limitations
- photos are not suitable for engraving
- the logo should be simple and monochromatic
- text that is too long may be difficult to read
- this service cannot be ordered separately without a product

Can I have a logo engraved?

Where will the engraving be placed?
We choose the placement based on the type of knife, the space available on the blade, and the product’s technical capabilities. The goal is a clean, subtle, and clearly legible result.
Can the text be changed after the order is submitted?
Changes may only be possible until the order is sent for processing. Therefore, we recommend checking everything before submitting the order.
Can I return an engraved knife?
A product customized with engraving is an item manufactured or modified at the customer’s request. Such items cannot normally be returned unless they are defective.
Can I order the engraving alone without a knife?
Engraving is an additional service for selected products from the Dellinger range. Please do not order it separately without an accompanying product.
