PIRGE has a production capacity of approximately 20,000 pieces of knives and pastry equipment per day, making it a leader in the region covering Eastern Europe, the Middle East and Africa. With more than 250 employees in Bursa, it brings joy to professional chefs, pastry chefs, butchers and home cooks in Turkey and in more than 50 countries around the world.
