How the lateral blade movement works

CHIBA Tsumataro is a more versatile professional station. In addition to katsura-muki, it can prepare fine strips and two types of net cut. The manufacturer equips it with four adapters for katsura-muki, garnish, nageami and odoriami.

The basic katsura-muki thickness is 0.5 mm. The cut can be adjusted using the supplied 0.3 mm adjustment spacers.
