Detailed information

Product detailed description

Bread Knife 250 mm Dellinger Essence „Chlebák“ No. 10

A long bread knife with a specially serrated edge for crusty sourdough bread, baguettes, baked goods, cakes and large fruit.

Chlebák – a Long Blade for a Crispy Crust and Soft Centre

Dellinger Essence „Chlebák“ No. 10 is the tenth knife in the Dellinger Essence series and is designed primarily for comfortable slicing of bread and other baked goods. The 250 mm blade provides sufficient reach even for large loaves, baguettes and homemade sourdough bread.

The serrated cutting edge features two different sizes of teeth, helping it cut through a firm, crispy crust without unnecessarily compressing the soft centre. This allows bread to be sliced more cleanly, with fewer crumbs and less tearing.

Chlebák is not limited to bread and baked goods. Its serrated blade also handles foods with a firmer exterior and a soft interior, such as Bundt cakes, large melons and pineapples.

Knives from the Dellinger Essence series are suitable for both right-handed and left-handed users. The ergonomically shaped synthetic Pakkawood handle provides a secure and comfortable grip when working with the long blade.

Knife Care and Washing
