Code: K-HAUS7NAProduct detailed description
Nakiri 170 mm Kitchen Knife
A traditional Japanese knife for vegetables, fruit and herbs. Its tall blade and straighter cutting edge are ideal for cutting, slicing and chopping.
Dellinger Okami Nakiri 170 mm is a kitchen knife designed primarily for efficient vegetable preparation. Its tall blade makes it easy to cut ingredients quickly into slices, strips and small cubes.
The knife belongs to the Dellinger Okami 3-Layers AUS10 series and combines Japanese AUS-10 steel, a matte stonewashed finish and a durable, rounded G10 handle.
Ideal for Vegetables
A practical blade length for quickly preparing both small and large vegetables.
Efficient Preparation
The broad blade makes it easy to scoop up and transfer chopped ingredients.
Japanese Steel
AUS-10 offers a combination of sharpness, toughness and good edge retention.
A Vegetable-Cutting Specialist
The Nakiri is ideal for cutting, slicing and chopping vegetables, fruit and herbs. It handles ingredients such as cabbage, kale, onions, carrots and root vegetables with ease. The tall blade also makes it convenient to scoop up prepared ingredients and transfer them from the cutting board to a pot or pan.
AUS-10, Three-Layer Construction and Stonewashed Finish
The cutting core of the blade is made from Japanese AUS-10 steel with a hardness of 58–62 HRC, sandwiched between two layers of stainless steel. The three-layer construction combines the ability to achieve a sharp cutting edge with the toughness required for everyday use.
The matte stonewashed finish gives the blade its distinctive appearance and helps visually conceal minor marks caused by normal use. The cutting edge is sharpened at an angle of approximately 15°.

Comfortable Rounded G10 Handle
The handle is made from durable G10 material and features a decorative mosaic rivet with a samurai emblem. Its rounded profile supports a comfortable grip, good control and precise blade handling.
G10 is well suited to kitchen environments thanks to its moisture resistance and easy maintenance.
