What exactly does the set include?

1. Chef butcher knife 230 mm The largest universal knife in the entire set. It is suitable for preparing larger cuts of meat, portioning and everyday tasks where a longer blade is useful. 2. Boning knife 130 mm A compact and easy-to-control knife for detailed trimming, removing sinew and precise work around bones and joints. 3. Boning knife 150 mm A practical universal length for everyday boning, separating meat from bones and removing fat or connective tissue. 4. Granton boning knife 160 mm A boning knife with Granton-style dimples, which may help reduce the tendency of the ingredient being cut to stick to the side of the blade. 5. Boning knife 200 mm A longer boning knife for working with larger cuts of meat and situations where greater reach and a longer cutting stroke are required. 6. Slicing / breaking knife 180 mm A more manoeuvrable option for portioning, trimming and slicing small to medium-sized cuts of meat. 7. Slicing / breaking knife 220 mm A longer working knife for smooth portioning, slicing and processing larger cuts of meat with one longer stroke. Included in the set 8. Who is this set suitable for?

The set is designed for users who process meat regularly and need several working lengths in one organised kit. It can be used in butcher shops, professional kitchens, catering operations, BBQ preparation or when processing larger quantities of meat at home.

The yellow bag makes it easier to transport the equipment between workplaces and also provides space for the set to be expanded later, up to the bag’s full capacity.

Knife care

  • Wash the knives by hand using a soft sponge and ordinary washing-up liquid.
  • Dry them immediately after washing and place only clean, dry knives in the bag.
  • Do not put the knives in a dishwasher.
  • Use a wooden or suitable plastic cutting board, not glass or ceramic.
  • Maintain the edges regularly with a honing steel and restore them as required using a sharpening stone or professional sharpening.

Safe use and transport

Use each knife only for its intended cutting and portioning tasks. Standard butcher and boning knives are not cleavers – do not use them to chop bones, pry objects or portion frozen ingredients.

Before closing the bag, check that all knives are correctly stored and secured. Carry the bag closed and keep it out of reach of children.
